These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Weather On The Route mobile application ("App"), operated by Onur Ozan Korkmaz ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App provides route-based weather information for informational purposes only. Weather data may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. The App does not provide safety, navigation, or emergency advice.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The App may offer monthly and yearly subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Certain features may be limited without an active subscription.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. All payments are handled by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or availability. Any changes will apply to future billing periods.
This App uses Google Maps Platform APIs. By using the App, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service, available at:

Your use of map content is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy:

All content, features, functionality, software, and design elements of the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
